Albert Levy Don’t buy a fisherman their fishing rod unless your absolutely sure what they want or they will never use it.

Capt. Chris Yeti bucket is a nice gift! You can buy an organizer for it and a HD lid and use as a seat. (Comparing it to regular paint bucket is funny. No comparison.) For a fishing rod for Stripers, buy a Tsunami Carbon-Shield spinning rod in Med. Heavy, SeaFoam Green, for $100. Place a Shimano Stradic 5000 and you’ll be well served for Striper fishing.
